Joana Mollet is an Anglo-Portuguese artist currently living and working in Muscat, Oman. Best known for her abstract landscape paintings, Joana’s work explores the relationship between memory and our experience of the natural world and she is deeply concerned with conservation issues.

Alongside her painting practise, Joana runs Conservation Workshops that empower young people to raise awareness of the need to conserve the natural environment. She is an active supporter of ESO, seeking to bring together a schools and other actors in the community to encourage change.
