ESO’s Environmental Big Night In 2021 27th September 2021
ESO's second online fundraising event drew local and international friends and supporters for a fun line up of online events including, (i) interviews, (ii) musical performances from local artists, (iii) a video celebrating ESO’s past and present work, (iv) a raffle with 35 incredible prizes and (iv) a silent auction of luxury items. With the support of local organisations and the public, 40,000 OMR was raised to support the ongoing work of ESO to conserve and protect the environment in Oman for the next generation. Thank you to everyone who made this possible.
Coastline, Community & Conservation Exhibition
5th November, 2020
The Coastline, Community and Conservation Exhibition by artist Joana Mollet held in November 2020, was a celebration of Oman’s beautiful coastline and a reminder of the importance of conserving our fragile marine habitat. The exhibition included an abstract representation of Masirah Island which His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, co-signed and which was auctioned to raise funds for ESO. ESO would like to thank HH Sayyid Theyazin Al Said for his patronage of the event and Joana Mollet, the artist for donating the piece. A special mention to Khimji Ramdas – Eshraqa who placed the highest bid, raising 10,000 OMR to support ESO’s continued operations.

ESO's first online fundraiser event, hosted by Her Highness Sayyida Tania Al Said, ESO President, with special guest, Arab football legend, Ali Al Habsi was held on 24th August 2020. A fun line up of online events including (i) a raffle with over 20 incredible prizes, (ii) videos of ESO’s work, past and present, (iii) musical performances from local artists and (iv) a silent auction of luxury items all enabled us to raise over 100,000 OMR. Thank you to all our supporters.
